Description
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Creating, importing & updating product data within our system
- Basic image editing, background removal and resizing to meet channel requirements
- Demonstrating copywriting skills & utilising AI tools to create custom product descriptions
- Accurately following category set-up guides to ensure products are set up right first time
- Managing relationships with the internal team, manufacturers and suppliers to retrieve additional content or marketing materials when required
- Communicating updates and flagging potential issues with key stakeholders internally and externally
