C+K has been providing high quality, careers information, advice and guidance services for young people and adults for over 30 years. Based in West Yorkshire, and employing over 100 staff, most of our services are delivered in Calderdale and Kirklees, although we work with organisations, schools and colleges across the UK.

In addition to MyDirections, we also produce a range of careers information resources for schools and colleges to purchase through our online shop.

Safeguarding is everyone’s business

If you think you or someone you know is being abused or neglected, you should tell an adult you trust.

This could be a parent, carer, family member, teacher or careers adviser. You can speak to any adult you feel comfortable talking to. Ask them to help you report it.

Talking about a problem can often make you feel better, and you shouldn’t feel embarrassed, shy or ashamed.

You can contact your careers adviser in school or college. Alternatively, you can get in touch with an adviser via our Chat service:
Call 01484 213856
Email chat@ckcareers.org.uk
Or use our Facebook messenger service www.facebook.com/CKCareers

If you are a young person, or the parent or carer of a young person, living in Calderdale or Kirklees, you can contact C+K for careers information, advice and guidance.

Additionally, for parents and carers, we have a page on MyDirections which outlines a young person's options at key decision points and which includes information for parents and carers of young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

If you live outside Calderdale and Kirklees and want careers advice, please contact the National Careers Service.
