- GCSE maths, English and physics at grades 9-5, all other subjects taken at grades 9-4
- A level maths is desirable
- An interest in engineering, energy, or technical work, working with the use of hand tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Be fit for working in a high-performance environment
- Be able to work on construction sites around the UK
- Full driving licence is desirable

Description
Day-to-day tasks include:
- Assisting with the delivery and commissioning of power generation equipment, fuel systems, selective catalytic reduction systems, and other auxiliary systems
- Supporting engineers and technicians in setting to work, fault finding, repairs, inspections and commissioning
- Load testing and monitoring results for the customer
- Monitoring performance data and helping ensure systems run efficiently and within safety standards
- Learning to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and control systems
- Following strict health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Participating in routine maintenance schedules and shutdown activities
