Description

The work involves arranging shipment from start to finish following standard operating procedures and ensuring all documents compliant with regulations and legal requirements. This includes:

Creating and operating daily tasks within Cargowise/PAVE/Outlook and Teams
Monitoring/tracking current shipments and updating clients
Liaising with colleagues, overseas agents, customers and suppliers
Maintaining company and industry compliance and regulations
Providing a high level of customer service
Handling/resolving any queries and escalating where necessary
Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competition
Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Receiving and processing supplier invoices
