Description
The work involves arranging shipment from start to finish following standard operating procedures and ensuring all documents compliant with regulations and legal requirements. This includes:
- Creating and operating daily tasks within Cargowise/PAVE/Outlook and Teams
- Monitoring/tracking current shipments and updating clients
- Liaising with colleagues, overseas agents, customers and suppliers
- Maintaining company and industry compliance and regulations
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Handling/resolving any queries and escalating where necessary
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competition
- Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Receiving and processing supplier invoices
