Description

The work involves arranging shipment from start to finish following standard operating procedures and ensuring all documents compliant with regulations and legal requirements. This includes:

  • Creating and operating daily tasks within Cargowise/PAVE/Outlook and Teams
  • Monitoring/tracking current shipments and updating clients
  • Liaising with colleagues, overseas agents, customers and suppliers
  • Maintaining company and industry compliance and regulations
  • Providing a high level of customer service
  • Handling/resolving any queries and escalating where necessary
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competition
  • Collaborating with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Receiving and processing supplier invoices
