40 hours per week, 3-shift rotation
Requirements
- Practical experience in a production or mechanical environment, setting and operating machinery
- A strong commitment to safety and product quality
- Experience using hand tools (e.g. Allen keys, hammers, screwdrivers)
- Confidence with basic digital tools, such as on-screen and tablet-based systems
- An adaptable, driven and team-focused attitude, genuinely open to learning new technology and better ways of working
- Curiosity about innovation and AI, with ideas for doing things better
- The ability to work all three rotating shifts (early, late and night)

Description
As part of a skilled production team responsible for manufacturing high-quality welded steel mesh using modern automated machinery, day-to-day tasks include:
- Operating automated welding machine
- Monitoring product quality and carry out inspections
- Adjusting machine settings following full training
- Identifying and solving production issues
- Working safely as part of a close-knit team
- Helping us continuously improve our manufacturing processes
